COPY QUEST’s primary goal is to assist customers in reducing the cost of discovery and medical history of a claim. Clients are able to reduce labor, mail, courier, photocopying, and document storage costs by utilizing a custom designed containment program to fit their fiscal needs. Other advantages of COPY QUEST services include the following.
Production and Document Imaging – COPY QUEST provides cost saving advantages that assist customers with storing and reviewing documents without the cost burden of storing paper files and the labor to manually review and retrieve information. COPY QUEST scans and digitizes any number of records and stores them on a CD, DVD, or on a secure HIPAA compliant server. Accuracy verification is conducted to ensure subject, record types, completeness, and date ranges are in alliance with customer requests.
Workers’ Compensation Services – Workers’ compensation services include: Subpoena service, subpoena preparation, process serving, EDEX member, EAMS consulting, X-ray and film duplication, and on-site training classes.
Civil Litigation Services – Civil litigation services include: Copy service, subpoena preparation, large case scanning, media choices, process serving, X-ray and film duplication, and on-site training classes.
Online System – Available for members only, COPY QUEST’s convenient and secure online system is available to customers when placing orders, checking status of assignments, adding/removing locations, downloading records, and more.
Security, Reliability, and Availability – COPY QUEST maintains all required licenses and fully complies with all government, federal, state, county, and local regulations. With a record retention of five years, security measures are in place to comply with all required security standards regarding maintenance, integrity, and confidentiality of information and is 100% HIPAA compliant.
Personalized Service – Each account is assigned a highly-specialized client service representative to answer questions, take orders, provide status updates, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
